Luke Major Krauth

Graduate Student

Luke Krauth is a physics graduate student who earned his B.S. in physics from the University of Florida. After working as a post-bac at the University of California, Riverside and as a graduate student Columbia University in Heavy Ion physics, he made the transition into theoretical astrophysics, where he now researches the hydrodynamical response of circumbinary gas disks to black hole recoil and mass loss, hoping to better understand the EM signature from merger events.
