Research Staff
Joonas Nattila is a joint Flatiron Research Fellow in the Computational Center for Astrophysics and Columbia University in New York. Before coming to New York, he was a Nordita Fellow in the Nordic Institute for Theoretical Physics. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Turku, Finland, in 2017. His research is focused on understanding high-energy astrophysical phenomena around neutron stars and black holes.
